Guacamole Isn't Dinner...

Despite popular belief in the Brandi Sized household, guacamole is not dinner.

Guacamole and beer isn't dinner either, but I wanted to document my yummy meal.

First, you get a fresh avocado, some garlic in a jar, and a Tin Roof beer.  Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.  Score a grid pattern using the knife on each side of the avocado then remove it from the skin.  Put the avocado in a vintage pyrex bowl and have a few sips of locally brewed{Baton Rouge!} beer.

Proceed to mash up the avocado, and mix it with the a little bit of garlic, and groan because you forgot cilantro, don't feel like chopping up an onion or juicing a lime.

I know.

Laziest cook ever.

But you'll thank me for this next tip.

Look in your fridge{or head your ass out to the store to buy some of this stuff} and add Sophia's Oil-free Cilantro & Lime Dressing. Seriously, this condiment pulls its $5.99 weight, if you're a fan of cilantro{it also tastes great on baked tilapia}.

Go ahead and pour a tablespoon or two in your avocado-garlic-mash & call it a day.

Enjoy your guacamole and beer for dinner...but be prepared to wake up a few hours later, hearing your tummy growl.  Totally worth it though.
